Thanks for an awesome stay! All was well at this hotel. The Front desk was courteous and the staff was very welcoming upon arrival and departure with all our needs. I would definitely stay here again. You are close to shopping and restaurants.

Hotel staff ransacked room & stole everything!

My name is KaTia Jones I booked a stay from March 1-4 2024 at the Courtyard By Marriott (Buckhead) located at 3332 Peachtree Rd NE I checked into the hotel On March 1st around 10 pm .. with Room attendant TaNya Manuel I did not leave the room until 4 pm the following day .when I left out TaNya was the room attendant on the 2nd. I returned by 10pm to find the room had been ransacked and our items have been stolen. Everything from electronics, clothing, shoes, an entire suitcase full of new clothes, large tote purse, Gucci perfume , Estée Lauder makeup, and so many things. This is ridiculous . I immediately contacted hotel staff, and the police dispatch who informed me that there was others that were also ransacked or robbed. This is very upsetting and has to be an inside job. I have both hotel keys in my possession. I hung the Do not disturb sign on the door before I left the room so there was no reason for anyone to enter. Together with the General Manager I did the police report and was provided with the case number. The General Manager decided to cover my stay at a nearby hotel for 1 night. Both of the room keys were in my possession and in my purse. someone went into my room without my knowledge or consent . TaNya she was refusing to put me in touch with a supervisor. Security Herb was a big help . He made sure to keep asking her to put me in touch with someone. I spoke with Muhammad. He told me it could not be resolved til Monday. I kept pressing the issue that I need help now ! Eventually the GM Ronald Frierson came . He was very nonchalant as if this happened often. This is totally unacceptable. I was violated . I am still taking inventory of the little of luggage I have left. I read their Google reviews and I see others have recently had the same issue at that hotel. I am doing my due diligence by letting the public know. This is not safe! The worst part of it all is that I had my personal information exposed. and my newborn baby was with me during this stay. Do NOT STAY HERE! Do not spend your money just to end up losing much more. I am still waiting on a RESOLUTION.

This hotel does not feel like a Marriott. It appears very run down, and rooms are in desperate need of renovation. The room and hallways smelt of weed. There was no hot water in the shower. The water from the tap tasted strongly of Chlorine, as though they had recycled pool water. I'm a Gold Lifetime Bonvoy Elite member but I'll not be back at this Marriott.

Do NOT stay at this Marriott. Terrible experience and they do not honor your room request nor care about customer experience/service. If you have a car, they charge $45 a day for parking and you can not access your car for an hour each time you need it....IF THERE WAS A ZERO STAR...

I had a personal item stolen from my vehicle while under the Valet watch. I spoke with the Valet supervisor on the phone and he did not get back to me as promised. I tried reaching the General Manager, left him a message describing the incident, a week later still no returned call. Either the car was left unlocked or the Valet Attendant stole my property. Unfortunately the $40 valet parking is mandatory. I will never stay here again.
